Food Strategy Forum debates bring together members from casual dining restaurant chains, foodservice distributors, coffee shops, fast food restaurants, contract caterers, hotels, bakery manufacturers, FMCG manufacturers, foodservice equipment providers, fresh produce distributors and pub restaurants.
Recent debates have included ‘Healthier Eating’, ‘Winning the Out of Home Consumer’ and ‘Sustainability’. Panellists on the recent debates on healthier eating included the Department of Health, Waitrose, Sodexo, Elior and the British Nutrition Foundation. Recently, the Food Strategy Forum hosted the groundbreaking event ‘Marketing in Foodservice’, which addressed topics such as social media, PR and communications, branding, marketing innovations, promotions, discounting and digital thinking.
